If a group of students wish to start this process, they must complete this form, having 1 proposer and 4 seconders (5 signatures in total).
Following this, a meeting should be held within 10 working days, with the five signatories, the relevant School Officer, and the Student Engagement Co-Ordinator to discuss the reason for submission, investigate their concerns more closely and decide at this point if any further action needs to be taken.
