From Monday 12 April you can join us in our new and improved outdoor area, we’ve been working hard to make sure you can come back to your Student’s Union for your first post-lockdown drinks.
You can expect the same loveable Student’s Union that you’re used too with some new features. Our outdoor drinking area has had a little makeover and now features booth-style seating with some added greenery for that true beer-garden vibe for the perfect COVID secure outdoor drinks venue.
We'll be offering a simplified food menu up until Monday 19 April when we’ll be bringing back all your old favourites from the Rooster Booster Burger to Chilli Nachos. Keep an eye out on social media channels for our daily drinks deals, we’re even bringing back our cocktail jugs for £8!
We’ll be open Monday to Friday from 9:30am – late and on Saturday and Sunday from midday – late, we can confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and there will be fully contactless payment via mobile ordering along with table service, social distancing with new markers and layouts within the venues, sanitising stations across all our venues, more frequent cleaning with dedicated staff, screens at collections points to keep everyone safe and QR codes on entrances for easy NHS track and trace. You will be required to pre-book a tabe, which you can do here.
We're really excited to brush off the dust and can't wait to see you all again.
