We know this time of year can be difficult for students for various reasons (assessments, deadlines, dark and cold, events, location, changes). There is support available to help navigate difficulties and challenges, to help make the break less challenging.
Student Space
Student space (student space.org.uk) is an online space run by Student Minds, which helps students find the support they need, 24/7. This can be mental health, relationships or studies.
Students can:
- find what support is available at their university.
- view information, tools and student stories on navigating university life.
- access a dedicated support service.
- access to a range of articles and posts too. You can follow the link to read them: The Winter Break
Support Services:
During the break university services may be unavailable or greatly reduced. (Bucks SU email
will be monitored at reduced hours during this period)
There are support services which are open during the break and can offer help to students in
