BUCS fixtures were back this week and we didn't have that many games played so only a short report with some worthy wins.
Basketball took to the courts this week against Surrey, and it was a fantastic Wednesday win 85-69. This puts basketball second in the league with the top spot only an arm length away. We can’t wait to see what happens in their last two games of the season.
Men’s Football also had a triumph this week with the 1st team beating Middlesex 4-0, this win leaves Bucks FC 1’s UNBEATEN. The 2nd team had a tough match against Royal Holloway and unfortunately lost 2-1. Next week Men’s Football 1st Team have their semi-final cup match against Surrey, kick off is 2pm, the address is Surrey Sports Park, Richard Meyjes Rd, Guildford GU2 7AD. They would love to have as many spectators as possible.
Netball 1st team have continued their winning streak, another UNBEATEN team. They beat Surrey 66 - 30. Their next game is also their semi-final cup game, 7:30pm start, Bacon’s College Timber Pond Rd, London SE16 6AT.
Rugby played their semi-final game on Wednesday and unfortunately lost out on a place in the final loosing 17-10. A huge congratulations to the club for making it to the final! On Wednesday night Bucks Men’s Rugby also kicked off takeover season with their rendition of Magic Mike, which was a huge success.
Men’s Volleyball took an unfortunate 3-0 loss at their away fixture this week however this season has been one of their strongest seasons to date, so huge congratulations.
