We're one week into the year and there's already so many exciting things taking place. Something I wanted to highlight is the work that will be taking place to the Volunteering Portal this week. I've been working closely with our marketing and communications team to make logging your hours as easy as doing them!
Logging your volunteering hours is really important so you can keep track of how many hours you've logged, see where you've been volunteering, and find out how close you are to achieving your next Volunteering Award. To make those last few tweaks to help streamline the logging process and make it easier for our members, particularly those who will be logging hours for their clubs or societies, the portal will be closed this week (from Monday 26 September).
The portal will be opening on Tuesday 4 October with a few tweaks on logging your hours so, for now jot those hours down on a piece of paper or in your notes app and when it re-opens you’ll be flying through those all-important awards.
I'm sure you're just as excited as I am for the re-launch on Monday and I can't wait to see you all volunteering and clocking up those hours.
