Our July 2024 graduation ceremonies are on the horizon and I am delighted to inform you that the website has been updated with the ceremony configurations.
The ceremonies will take place between Monday 22 July and Thursday 25 July inclusive at the Wycombe Swan Theatre. The post-ceremony receptions will take place in our Atrium, Beeches Café and Winter Garden.
The Leadership Academy has been incredibly beneficial to my future career. One of the major experiences was when I was sent to London to attend a B2B software sales and marketing expo to develop my understanding of the industry and to network to gain contacts for my future career.

The Union’s annual elections concluded last week, culminating in the election of a brand-new elected officer team for 2024-25. Across the week, over 1,000 individual members voted in one of our elections. It’s fantastic to see so many of our members engaging in the Union’s democratic processes.

In accordance with Buckinghamshire Council raising awareness for Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) we put on two self-defence classes for anyone who identifies as a woman to attend and learn some skills surrounding self-defence. In November and January, we had the company ACT Self-defence come in and give us a seminar with some practical elements too.
Having listened to a few of your stories, we've found that food is a common theme towards getting through homesickness as well as creating a sense of togetherness. Suggest a meal you’d like to see in The Lounge next month and it could feature in The Lounge next month.
