The Snug Bars is all about energy, hand-crafted cocktails, great food and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Member for The Snug, you will play a key role in providing amazing experiences for our guests. You will be the face of our brand for every guest who walks through our door and so we are looking for individuals who are energetic and passionate for the service industry and are obsessive with delivering the highest standards of service to our guests.

The Role

• Responsible for taking orders and making recommendations for guests
• Learning the recipes of our delicious cocktail range.
• Taking pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness
• Working both individually and with a team to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time
• Guest Focused - delivering the highest standards of service to our guests.

Certified Bartender/Server rates are from £10 - £11.50 per hour.

Training rate is between £9.50 - £10.45 per hour. (Expectation is to Certify within 4-6 Weeks)

Contracts Available

• Part-Time hours: 8-16 per week
• Full-Time hours: 35+ per week
• No Zero Hour Contracts means Guaranteed Minimum 8 Hours Per Week.

All applicants must either be eligible to live & work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
