Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing tailored learning activities and strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and confidence.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
