Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing tailored learning activities and strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and confidence.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £80.00-£110.00 per day
