Duties

• Host live streams on TikTok, showcasing NOIR’s product range, including car diffusers, air fresheners, and bundle offers.
• Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, answering questions, and building a sense of community.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NOIR’s products, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Drive sales by promoting special offers, bundles, and limited-time deals during live sessions.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into live streams to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with ongoing campaigns.

Requirements :

• Essential:
• Confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and entertain an audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok’s live streaming tools and features.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and quick-thinking skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in live selling, presenting, or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of luxury fragrances or the automotive lifestyle industry.
• Basic video editing or content creation skills

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Location: Hybrid
• Schedule: Minimum 5 live sessions per week, each lasting 2 hours
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of £15 - £22 per an hour + sales commission
