Your Tasks

As a Receptionist Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks. Your duties will include:

· Managing emails and correspondence effectively and professionally.

· Assisting with diary management, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.

· Processing invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments.

· Raising requisitions and placing orders for necessary supplies and equipment.

· Maintaining an organized filing system for easy document retrieval.

· Assisting with reception duties, including handling incoming and outgoing post.

· Arranging hospitality for meetings and preparing meeting rooms with refreshments and catering arrangements.

· Coordinating onsite accommodation requirements for visitors.

· Assisting with departmental projects, as needed.

· Ensure all course work is completed within expected timescales.

· Help sales and marketing team.

· Help admissions team.

· Help students.

· Call, text, email to students and agents

- Provide organisational support by maintaining files, records, and documents

- Assist with data entry tasks to update and manage information accurately

- Handle phone calls with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette

- Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

- Learn to use QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

- Assist in computerising office processes to improve efficiency

- Collaborate with the team on administrative projects

- Utilise Google Suite for email communication and document management

Our Requirements

To be considered for this apprenticeship, the following qualifications and skills are required:

. Work Location: In person

· A good standard of secondary education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs, C / 4 or above, including Maths and English.

· Self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills as a valuable team player.

· Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

· A confident telephone manner and effective communication skills.

· Competency in using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

· Tidy up your and your office and main all health and safety.

· Good teamwork and able to work along.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
