Camp Managers are responsible for leading our Red Tops, supporting them from training and onboarding, through to delivering camp and The Kings Factor.
Working alongside a Site Manager, an Assistant Manager has specific responsibility for programme delivery – including activity sessions, whole camp warm-ups and weekly events. Whilst they aren’t assigned a specific group of children, the Assistant Manager is required to step in to lead activities, supervise lunchtimes and model best practice to less experienced Red Tops.
Forming part of the wider Kings Camps management team, the Regional Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of a high-quality Kings Camps experience, across a number of camps in a specified region.
Known as Red Tops, our Multi Sports Coaches will lead (and support others on leading) activities for children aged 5 to 17. Each Multi Sports Coach is assigned their own group of similar aged children and will lead them in a range of activity sessions, including (but not limited to) football, tennis, badminton, cricket and more – with each session typically lasting between 30 – 60 minutes.
Key Stage One coaches share the responsibilities of a Multi-Sports Coach, but are specially placed with those children on camp who are eight years old and under.
Working alongside Lifeguards and site teams, Swimming Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering fun, safe and engaging swimming sessions for children from 5-17 years.
Working from poolside with our Swimming Teacher and site teams, Lifeguards are responsible for the safe delivery of fun and engaging swimming sessions for children aged 5 to 17.
