We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle catering requests and assist with event setup as needed.
• Provide support in bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
• Skills in catering services will be considered a plus.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Experience in bartending is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
