Overview

This dynamic training course is designed to help individuals improve their time management skills and master the art of scheduling to achieve greater productivity and work-life balance. Participants will explore proven techniques for prioritizing tasks, creating efficient schedules, and making the most of their time—whether they are balancing work deadlines, personal commitments, or both. By integrating time management principles with practical scheduling tools, this course will equip you with the strategies needed to stay on track, reduce stress, and boost your overall efficiency.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Master time management fundamentals: Understand key time management principles and how to avoid common time wasters.
  • Create effective schedules: Use various scheduling techniques (time-blocking, task batching, and prioritization) to structure daily, weekly, and long-term plans.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently: Learn to identify high-value tasks and manage multiple competing priorities using the Eisenhower Matrix and other tools.
  • Increase focus and minimize distractions: Implement strategies to maintain focus throughout the day, overcome procrastination, and manage distractions effectively.
  • Optimize productivity with time-saving tools: Utilize digital tools (calendars, task management apps) to streamline scheduling and improve task execution.
  • Achieve work-life harmony: Learn how to balance professional responsibilities with personal life commitments, reducing stress and preventing burnout.

This session is in person and will last for around 1 hour and a half.
