You are invited to an Online Meditation Session as part of Mental Health Awareness Week at BNU. The session will be approximately 35 minutes and is designed so that no previous knowledge of meditation is required. The session starts with a pleasant focus on breath, energy, and creativity, next, we go through a guided meditation that will have many textured layers meanings. To engage with the session safely you will need a safe, quiet, comfortable place in which you can safely relax, close your eyes, switch off and let your imagination and inner peace soar. There are regular free online meditation sessions available to you as part of the Senseless Acts of Wellbeing idea, these run on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 2100.
