Overview

We are introducing a Safe Space Group at all three campuses in person, for students who want to come together to share their experiences and support one another in a non-judgmental, student-led environment.

This group is for students who have experienced disordered eating, eating disorders, or body image concerns, or who simply want to explore these topics in a supportive setting.

Discussions may include:

  • Body positivity and self-esteem
  • The impact of diet culture and social pressures
  • Coping strategies and self-care
  • Navigating recovery and personal experiences

You do not need to have a formal diagnosis to attend, this space is open to anyone who relates to these experiences and wants to connect with others.
