Meet us on site at Tom Burt's Hill at 10.00am. We will meet at the kissing gate at the end of Carver Hill Road (number 161). The nearest postcode is: HP11 2UQ. W3W: ///curry.valve.lofts Free parking is available along Carver Hill Road. Please park considerately.
Please can we ask everyone to arrive on time to ensure you do not miss the health & safety and task briefing. If you are late and the session has already started, you may not be able to join. Thank you.

The Task:
It's cutting season. Tom Burts Hill grasslands are being cut and collected to prepare for next years wildflowers, we will also be litter picking! We hope that you will be able to join us.
Timings (please note these timings are approximate):
10.00: Arrival for safety briefing and start work, please don't be late!
11.30: Tea & coffee break
13.00: Lunch Break - please bring your own
15.00: Work finishes, time to go home!
Access: Tom Burt's Hill is sloping throughout and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
What to Bring:
Please bring your gloves (we will have spares) and dress for the weather and the task.
Long trousers are advisable as there may be ticks and thorny vegetation. We also recommend wearing steel toe capped or sturdy boots rather than trainers.
Wear layers that you can remove if you get hot whilst working. Bring a waterproof as most of our sites have no shelter from the rain. If it's sunny you may aslo want to bring sun cream.
Please bring plenty of fluids. We will bring a tea kit and biscuits.
